Learn to teach Mat Pilates properly, right here in Melbourne
Mat is where every great trainer is made. No springs to hide behind, no machine doing the work for you. Just you, the body in front of you, and the ability to see it, read it and change it. Get this right and every other modality gets easier.
This certification gives you the tools to sequence with intent, cue with clarity and run a room full of bodies that all need something slightly different. We don't just hand you a piece of paper and teach you the basics.
All Killer. No Filler.
Nationally recognised by AusActive and Pilates Aotearoa, and built by a team of industry professionals, studio owners, Pilates trainers, physios and pre + post natal specialists. So you can be sure the education you're investing in is top tier.
Here's a peek at what you'll cover
Mat Repertoire & Progressions
The full repertoire, plus how to regress and progress every single exercise so it works for the body actually in front of you.
Anatomy & Injury Insight
Pilates-specific anatomy for real bodies and real needs, with modifications for injuries, pregnancy and more.
Purposeful Programming
Learn to sequence with purpose and ease, so writing your sessions comes naturally instead of being a pain point.
Cueing & Client Connection
Master cueing, corrections and communication so you can lead any room with confidence and impact.

Meet Annie, the Creator of TME
Your February intake is led by Annie Counsel, the Director and Creator of Train Me Education. Annie built TME from the ground up and also founded Street Pilates, our flagship Sandringham studio, where your practical days are held in a brand new, purpose-built training space.
She is joined by Chelsea as Second Master Trainer across all four practical days, which means two educators in the room for six students. You will not be waiting your turn for feedback.
Learn directly from the person who created the course, in the studio where it all comes to life.
