The TME Reformer Certification is designed to develop confident instructors who understand movement mechanics, not just exercise choreography. Throughout the training you’ll learn functional anatomy, biomechanics, pain-informed movement, class programming, cueing, and how to effectively teach and modify a comprehensive Reformer exercise library using spring resistance, progressions and regressions. The curriculum is physio-approved and developed alongside a pain management physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, and includes dedicated pre and post-natal education from a women’s health physiotherapist, ensuring you graduate with the knowledge to teach safe, intelligent and adaptable Reformer Pilates sessions.
